Refund policy

Returns

Julamont only accepts returns for exchanges in size for T-Shirts. Please ensure that the T-Shirt is not stained or damaged in any way before returning as any returned shirts that arrived in this state will not be exchanged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping for the returning product. Returns can only be made within 30 days of you receiving the item.

If an item you ordered arrives damaged or in bad condition, please get in touch so compensation can be made in the form of a refund or replacement. Please provide an image of the product so we can inspect the damage. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund, or in the case of a replacement, you will need to provide additional postage for a replacement product to be sent out.

All orders from Julamont are packed and shipped within 7 days of its initial purchase. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your order within this time frame a refund/swap/address change can be negotiated (unless the order is already shipped, so get in touch as soon as possible!).

Refunds

Refunds are applicable for orders that arrive damaged and in certain cases where orders are lost in the postal system.

Please be aware that I am not responsible for your package once it is in the hands of the postal service. This means if you are experiencing issues with a lost package or delays you will need to get in contact with the delivery provider (NZ Post) before contacting me for further help.  More often than not lost packages will show up so it pays to get in touch and provide them with your tracking number. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of ordering (this number of weeks will change depending on your location) please contact me.

Refunds are not applicable for shipped orders with an incorrect address or an undeliverable address provider by the customer. It is your responsibility as the buyer to provide correct delivery details!
